Ms. Milner holds an M.A. in Public History and a Certificate of Graduate Study in Historical Archaeology and Cultural Resources Management, both from the University of South Carolina, Columbia. She has presented on South Carolina's historic schoolhouses and the history of the displaced Aiken and Barnwell County communities within the Savannah River Site. Her interests include southeastern rural communities of the early 20th century, vernacular architecture, and cemetery preservation and research.
