How to schedule your Pre-Orientation Academic Advising appointment

You must complete Part 1 of the Cocky Transitions modules prior to scheduling an advising appointment. Students who have paid their enrollment deposit and registered for New Student Orientation can access the Cocky Transitions Part 1 modules beginning in May.

On the final page of Cocky Transitions --Part 1, you'lll find instructions and a link to schedule your Pre-Orientation Academic Advising appointment.

Get in the habit of checking your USC email for communication from your advisor after completing the Cocky Transitions modules. This is the primary form of communication you will receive from your advisor this summer. 

Honors College students: Please refer to the Honors College for information on honors-specific incoming first-year advising processes. 

 

We are finalizing details regarding Pre-Orientation Academic Advising appointment scheduling- check back here soon!  Appointment scheduling will begin in May and appointments will be held online on Microsoft Teams. Students should plan to schedule their advising appointment at least 3 days prior to their registered New Student Orientation session.
