Lisa Jerald provides vision and direction to practices and policies in support of undergraduate and graduate students. She leads a team of full-time and student staff members who provide confidential assistance to students to help them resolve problems and concerns.
Melody Boland connects with students, families, faculty and staff members to explain the resources and options that are available to support students. She empowers students to take the lead on their academic and personal experiences by sharing information to help them make informed decisions.
Hannah Jean Peak supports students, staff, and families through the unique challenges of navigating the university setting at USC. She collaborates with students to provide the tools and skills necessary to be a successful learner both in and out of the classroom.
