Presenter, Reviewer and Volunteer check in opens

Presenters:

• All presenters check in inside the lobby on the upper level.

Volunteers:

• If you have received instructions on where to check in, follow those instructions. Those volunteers who have not received check-in instructions should check in on the upper level, along the wall just outside of the Columbia Ballroom.

Reviewers:

• Reviewers check in at various locations:
  • Undergraduate poster reviewers check in inside of the Exhibit Hall (lower level).
  • Reviewers for graduate student, medical and postdoctoral scholar posters check in inside of the Columbia Ballroom (upper level; look for the flags labeling the check-in tables).

Check in will be available at these locations throughout the day. Presenters and reviewers should plan to check in 30-45 minutes before their session begins.

9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Presentation Session 1

• Undergraduate student posters, Exhibit Hall (lower level)
• Graduate student, medical scholar and postdoc posters, Columbia Ballroom (upper level)

11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Session 1 Wrap-up and Lunch Break

Boxed lunches will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for pick up at stations throughout the CMCC beginning at 11:00 a.m.

CHECK-IN REMINDER: Presenters and reviewers who did not check in earlier in the day should plan to check in 30-45 minutes before the afternoon session begins.

1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
