Our Native American Studies Center, home to the largest collection of Catawba Indian pottery in existence, is a great place to see an exhibit, enjoy a lunch and learn, or learn more about the history of South Carolina’s Native American peoples. We welcome members of the community and hope you’ll come for a visit.
Our facilities are available for rent to the general public and the university's faculty and staff.
Persons and entities renting USCL facilities are required to provide a certificate of general liability insurance coverage which names USCL as an additional insured. As a convenience to those persons or entities which do not already have a general liability insurance coverage, such coverage may be obtained through Tenants’ and Users’ Liability Insurance Policy (“TULIP”). This insurance program is designed to provide low-cost general liability insurance to third party users of facilities.
Located in the Bradley Arts & Sciences Building, the Bradley Conference Room (Room 111) accommodates up to 15 people. This room is equipped with a dry erase board. Any additional equipment needed may be available upon request.
Located in the Bradley Arts & Sciences Building, Bundy Auditorium seats 400 people. Two dressing rooms are available. Sound equipment is not included with the rental of this auditorium.
The Community Room in the Carole Ray Dowling Center seats 100 people at maximum capacity. It is equipped with all the amenities to accommodate your business and special occasion needs. Access to the kitchen is included with the rental of this room.
Located in the Bradley Arts & Sciences Building, the John R. "Pete" Arnold Special Events Room accommodates up to 300 people banquet style. It is equipped with all the amenities to accommodate your business and special occasion needs. Access to two kitchens is included with the rental of this room.
Outdoor shelter is located behind the YMCA, accommodates 125 people. This space is equipped with metal picnic tables and a wood burning fireplace. Shelter is powered and has lighting.
