Xiaoyang Xu is an assistant professor at the Department of Political Science, University of South Carolina. Her research interests include representative bureaucracy, public management, and the use of technology in public service delivery. Prior to joining USC, she was a postdoctoral fellow at the Better Government Lab at Georgetown University.
