This fall we're excited to be hosting the 2026 Honors Family Reunion! Join us Sunday, Sept. 20 on USC's Historic Horseshoe from 9 to 11 a.m. for breakfast, yard games and fun. Honors families will also have an opportunity to meet Honors College leadership and staff!
Registration
Current students, family, alumni, friends, faculty and staff are invited to our event, but for planning purposes, please designate one member of your family to RSVP for the group. Registration opens Monday, July 6 and will close Monday, Aug. 31 at 5 p.m.

Honors Family Reunion will be held on Sunday, September 20 from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. ET. The event will take place on the Historic Horseshoe, located in the heart of campus at 902 Sumter Street, Columbia, SC 29208.
Yes! The Honors Family Reunion is an official Family Weekend event! The full weekend takes place from Thursday, Sept. 17 – Sunday, Sept. 20. While you will register for Family Weekend and Honors Family Reunion at the same time, you do not have to register for Family Weekend to attend the Reunion.
Honors Family Reunion is a free event.
Event registration is managed by the Office of Parent and Family Programs. You can register for Honors Family Reunion by accessing the Gamecock Family Hub. They will also share information via email. For questions regarding the registration process specifically, you can contact their team via email (scparents@sc.edu) or phone (803.777.3008).
While you do not have to register for Family Weekend in order to attend Honors Family Reunion, you will have to register for Honors Family Reunion to attend. There will be no on-site registration.
While the Office of Parent and Family Programs will share general updates and reminders for the weekend, the Honors College will share event-specific information with you via email, in the weeks leading up the event.

The Honors Family Reunion is not just for first-year families and is open to all families and supporters of Honors College students and Honors College alumni! We love to see you come back each year and continue to make memories.
Yes! We love to stay connected with our Honors alumni. Family Weekend and the Honors Family Reunion specifically is a great opportunity to visit campus.
We will serve breakfast during the event. In an effort to maximize inclusivity, we will provide gluten-free, pork-free and vegetarian options. If you require additional dietary accommodations, please email your request to ExperienceHonors@sc.edu.

When you enter the Horseshoe from the Sumter Street side, follow signage that states “Check-In” and look for Honors College staff members at the check-in table area. This is also where you will pick-up your meal ticket.
