Sustainable Carolina
What to Expect
Sustainable Carolina is the student branch of the Office of Sustainability. Our mission is to educate and transform the campus and community by promoting collaborative relationships among students, faculty, staff, and community members for exploring and implementing sustainability practices. At Sustainable Carolina, we are dedicated to increasing your employability by helping you make connections between academic knowledge and practical experiences. Sustainable Carolina has several signature events, professional development workshops, volunteer opportunities in the garden and at the Farmers Market, free yoga, and cute dogs in the building.
Associated Student Organization (ASO): student organizations to which the University has delegated certain limited authority to perform specific tasks aligned with the University's mission. These groups are required to maintain a University Advisor who is acting within the context of their university employment.
