Originally from Pennsylvania, Neal earned both his bachelors degree in film and media arts and masters in higher education from Temple University. Over the past 10+ years, he has worked in student-facing roles at Temple University, New York University and most recently Princeton University. Throughout Neal's career, he's enjoyed helping students navigate through challenges in their college career and creating opportunities that help students succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

When he's not at work, you’ll probably find Neal spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring South Carolina as they settle into their new home, watching a new movie or visiting family in Philly.
